2. Purpose of the website

This website is an e-commerce and information website for handcrafted architectural tiles and surfaces, including zellige, bejmat, cement tiles, terracotta, terrazzo, mosaics and related materials. Visitors may browse products, request samples, submit trade applications, request project quotations, contact SERA and place orders where available.

3. Website use

Users must use this website lawfully and in good faith. Users must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, extract content unlawfully or use website content in a way that infringes SERA's rights or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

All website materials, including images, texts, product descriptions, brand names, logos, layouts, design elements, photographs, supplier images used under permission, digital renders, AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals and other creative materials, are owned by SERA, licensed to SERA, or used by SERA on another lawful basis.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, extracted, used for training artificial intelligence systems, or used for commercial purposes without SERA's prior written consent, except where permitted by mandatory law.

5. Product information, handmade materials and images

SERA makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. Product images, colours, textures, lifestyle images, interior visualisations, digital renders and AI-generated or AI-assisted images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Because SERA sells handcrafted and natural materials, actual products may vary in colour, tone, size, thickness, edges, glaze, texture, surface, finish, porosity, crazing and shade. These variations are part of the material character and are not defects where consistent with the product description.

Where SERA uses AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals, such visuals are used for illustrative, editorial, marketing or design purposes. They do not guarantee an exact colour, texture, scale, installation result or project result.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For B2B users, disputes relating to website use shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
